Guess I am just terrible with electronics. Even if I wired it correctly it would vibrate out of the dash at some point. Speaker replacement is a ' someday ' project.

Gents, Any speaker you put in this location is not going to sound good while operating the RTV, there is just not enough room up there to get the airspace required to reproduce any kind on lower frequencies, the Infinity co-axles I installed in mine sound great while parked but as soon as you start the RTV the noise drowns out all but the higher frequencies making and speaker sound like a tin can. I have some small woofers from my old car audio collection that I will be installing sometime to eliminate the problem, I'm going to construct a small center console with cup holders, storage, etc. And will incorporate the woofers in it.
